Tulsi’s first paper in Physical Review A, " Faster quantum-walk algorithm for the two-dimensional spatial search,” appeared two years ago.
For the UNESCO section chief, “striking a balance between global coherence and respect for national ownership and cultural diversity is both essential and complex.”
