Environmental science portal to help developing countries

UN Press Release : The United Nations Environment Program is setting up a environmental science portal for developing countries that will provide access to research articles from more than 1200 journals. Institutions in about 70 of the world’s poorest countries will pay nothing to access the portal, while 36 more will pay a nominal cost. Online Access to Research in the Environment
